The fully equipped kitchen makes feeding a hungry group effortless. You'll find a gas range, large refrigerator, dishwasher, combination Keurig and drip coffee maker, and everything stocked and ready — cookware, utensils, oils, spices, coffee, tea, and an electric kettle. A large island and peninsula give everyone room to pitch in, while the dining table seats all 12 comfortably. Three levels of private decks mean there's always a spot to step outside, whatever the mood. Start the morning with coffee and mountain air before heading out. Fire up the grill when you're back. Wind down under the trees as the sun drops behind the ridge. The Poconos are right there — and so is your front-row seat to all of it.
Additional fees apply and include a $60 per night charge for each guest over the included 8 people with your booking, a $50 per hour fee for early check-ins or late check-outs when available, and a $150 fee per dog per stay. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and all adult guests 18 or older are required to sign a waiver and provide photo identification prior to arrival. Parties, smoking, fireworks, firearms, and hunting are strictly prohibited. Noise should be kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, as sound travels easily in the community. Shoes are not permitted inside the home.
