Beautiful Sand Key studio directly located on the beach. Wake up every morning and have your coffee on the balcony as you watch the waves roll on shore. Enjoy the crystal clear pool or walk down the private boardwalk and spend the day relaxing by the ocean on the beautiful white sand watching the sandpipers play. Landmark Towers is located on Sand Key Beach which offers a more romantic or intimate setting and is only a short distance from Clearwater Beach voted one of the “Best Beaches in America”.
Centrally located and close to shopping, resturants and more. Local beach Trolley stops directly in front of Condo which offers service to surrounding areas of interest. Safe and Secure with gated entrance and 24 hour Guard with reserved parking. Our condo is tastefully decorated with a recently updated kitchen and bath. The laundry facilities are located just a few steps away on same floor. All linens, utensils and dinnerware provided as well as beach chairs and coolers. Please note this is a monthly rental, we are unable to book any weekly rentals.
