Summary: When we checked into the Hotel, I specifically inquired about the housekeeping policy. I was assured that we would have Housekeeping services during our stay. When we returned to the room at the end of the day, it had been untouched. The person at the front desk explained that they don't do Housekeeping unless you are staying there for a week (A WEEK, REALLY). When I spoke with a gentleman on the property who actually provided us with towels, he said we had to request them upon check-in. It truly seems that NO ONE knows their own policies. On a side note, please explain to me how you are to utilize the blackout curtains if they completely cover the AC/Heater unit. If you try to put them up, they just keep falling all night and block the unit. (see attached photo). Overall experience: POOR

cons: arrived at 6:30pm and was told by front desk that there wasn’t a room available yet after traveling all day, check in was supposed to be at 4pm and luckily i made a few detours. they didn’t know when it would be available and just looked at me like i was the problem, no offer of help in any other way. no one higher was available to help either. contacted hotels.com and they couldn’t get ahold of the property either. eventually got the room later that night. when we got up to the room, i noticed the cleaning staff were just taking their time and on their phone a lot. at least it was freshly mopped. overall this is a decent property for a good value but management needs some serious help.

Summary: Their add said restaurant and breakfast, neither were there. Check in took forever. Garbages in our room were not empty and were pretty disgusting. Tv in our room and our friends room didn’t work. Desk clerk didn’t give a crap when we informed her at checkout, said that’s the new smart tv’s for ya! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. I won’t stay there again.

Summary: Taken me a long time to write this because I hate writing negative reviews…… let’s start with the good! The room size was nice and the bed was not uncomfortable for me but was lumpy on my BFs side. Now to the bad. First off the day I booked the room (one month from our stay) I reached out to the hotel about pets fees and they never responded but did hit me with an 80$ pet fee for two days when I arrived. Next is the room itself (room 208). When we first got in the room it smelled like cigarette smoke. There was only two hand towels and no bath towels. When we called they did bring up two. There was only a quarter roll (if that) of TP for our two night stay. There was hair ALL over the shower and pee on the wall behind the toilet. There were dead bugs in the corners and goodness was the floor sticky. The pull out couch (shown in pictures of the room I booked) was a DISGUSTING chair and I can not say how disgusting it actually was! I wouldn’t even allow my dog on it let alone one of us but it did appear it might pull out. The view from our window was a GIANT ac unit used for the lobby of the hotel. Our AC was too loud to sleep with and they have the window locked to where it will only open maybe two inches. Theres no tv unless you log into your accounts. Needless to say I would NEVER stay here again or recommend it to anyone.
