Stunning waterfront home overlooking Gottfried Creek where you can enjoy Florida wildlife, and sunsets in the evening over the water.
The home was remodeled and everything is very nice.
On entry into the paved courtyard there is lovely Florida landscaping for privacy from the road and going into the house you come into a great room with leather sofas, flat flat-screen TV, a beautiful stainless kitchen with granite countertops, and an island.
There is also a wet bar area with a wine cooler.
There is a formal dining area at the front of the house with a table and chairs, and a second dining area at the back of the house which overlooks the water through brand new windows. French doors onto the pool and patio area.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed with its own en suite shower room. French doors from here onto the pool area.
The other two bedrooms are on the other side of the home and have one room with two double beds and the other with two twin beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom.

With the gorgeous water views most time will probably be spent outside - dining there, or relaxing by the pool.
Owners have made it very comfortable with table and chairs for outside dining, chairs by the pool, and by the water. Beautiful landscaping surrounds the pool and the back of the house.
Less than a mile to "Historic Dearborn" where there are shops and restaurants.
Choice of beautiful beaches within 10 mins - either Englewood Beach or Manasota Beach.
