Summary: Staff friendly and helpful. Property very close to International Marketplace. Ocean view restricted as set a few blocks back. Rooms are well equipped, however, too much large outdated pieces of furniture and condo requires modernisation. Bedroom carpet seen better days and needs restreched as creased in a few places. Bedding clean but not good quality. Condo and corridors smell musky. Also be aware that there are more tenant/owners than holidaymakers within the property. Small pool on roof with 10 sunbeds. Also large BBQ area.
