Summary: Overall the property was great. The only thing that needs improvement is the check in process, especially with travellers flying in late in the evening. If it wasn't for one of the friendly tenants calling the security guard for me, we probably wouldn't be able to get into our suite. There's no front desk reception. So My suggestion to management is to email travellers of check in instructions and what to expect at least 3 days prior to check in. But other than that, our stay was great!
