This is the part where I convince you to stay at our home. I’ll try and make it worth your while.
If you’re in Charlestown, Indiana - chances are you either have family here, are here for work or you just had the misfortune of breaking down in “flyover country” so naturally you’re on AirBnb looking for a place to crash. Maybe for a night, two nights, a week, a month, six months, maybe even a whole year. That’s where we come in.
Charlestown Gem is a true gem in this beautiful city. You have the whole house to yourself - 3 bedrooms, 2 baths plus a bonus room.
The longer you stay, the more you save.
The master has a queen bed as does bedroom number 2 on the lower floor. Bedroom 2 is not a good fit for a light sleeper since its located right next to the hvac system and when it kicks on, that thing is loud. The biggest bedroom with a king bed is upstairs and the bonus room upstairs has a day bed. The bonus room is perfect for a child or that one friend you’re traveling with who took forever to pay her portion of the trip so naturally, she gets that room while you all get the other rooms.
There’s a washer and dryer on site so there’s no need to carry dirty laundry back home, unless you’re into that kind of thing. There’s also an outdoor camera for your safety.
Your WELL-BEHAVED, HOUSE-TRAINED furry friend is welcome to our home with a deposit ofcourse. You are responsible for any and all damage caused by your four-legged cutie. ALL furry friends MUST be disclosed at booking, no exceptions. Failure to disclose any furry visitors will lead to immediate eviction from the property. Please note that the property is NOT fenced in so plan accordingly.
We have a well stocked kitchen in case you need to make your meals at home. By well stocked we mean kitchen essentials, not actual food. You have to buy that on your own - the supermarket is about 3 minutes up the road. Don’t feel like cooking? Doordash delivers to this house! The house is 3-5 minutes away from all the restaurants in Charlestown.
But wait, we’re not done - if you want to go hiking, the Charlestown State Park is just about a 5 minute drive away. Louisville,KY is about 25 minutes away and Madison, IN is only 25 minutes away too.
Need a ride somewhere? Too hangover from partying too hard the night before and need gatorade or asprin delivered to the house? Call or text us and we’ll pick you up or pick up anything for you for an extra charge ofcourse.
