Windansea Family Retreat is a duplex that has been completely renovated both inside and out.
The Family Retreat is a three-bedroom, two bath, 2 kitchen home that sits just blocks from the famous Windansea Beach.
Pulling up to the duplex, Windansea Family Retreat is located at the end of a very large driveway, native garden and private front patios.
Once inside through the Ocean Blue front doors you will be delighted by the warmth and modern feel of the unit.
The living rooms both have - full size sofa sleepers, Smart TV’s and two separate dining area for 4.
The kitchens have both been fully renovated and come complete with dishwashers and all new appliances.
There is also additional eating area by both kitchens.
Both Primary bedrooms feature King size beds with Smart TV’s and plenty of closet space.
The Guest bedroom has a Queen size bed, Smart TV and again, plenty of closet space.
The bathrooms both feature walk in showers, and are modern, clean and very chic.
The piece de resistance are both the back yards with outdoor kitchens.
Simply open the gate and the two separate yard can be easily enjoyed by both sides of the duplex.
Plenty of comfortable seating, two fire pits and lots of privacy for summer bbq’s.
For sports fans, there is a Smart Tv outside, a bar and plenty of coverage from the sun.
The rocky shore of Windansea Beach is perhaps best known for its beautiful scenery and surf breaks created by underwater reefs.
Stroll down to the white sand beaches and lay out in front of the sandstone rocks for a relaxing day at the beach.
If you feel like a short 15-minute walk you can find yourself in the heart of La Jolla Village amongst some of the finest restaurants San Diego has to offer as well as boutiques, galleries, yoga studios and coffee shops.

There will be a $40/Night pet fee if brining a Pet. For longer stays you can inquire about our flat weekly and monthly rates.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Quiet hours start at 9pm and end at 8am.
