Summary: The property looks better online than in person. Seems like most upgrades/fixes at property are not fully finished. Doesn't seem like the owners care about the guest experience. Bathroom sink faucet is so close to bowl of sink it is hard to wash hands & not properly installed so it feels like its going to break off when you use it. Shower was not cleaned in between guests. Hair in multiple places in shower & opened bottles of the previous guests body wash confirmed no one looked at the shower prior to our stay. There were 4 spiders on the ceiling of the bedroom we stayed in. Spiders & other bugs found in other rooms. There was mention of a sump pump that would be running during our stay. The pump in question is located below the queen bedroom & turns on and off at least once every 5 minutes around the clock. A peaceful nights sleep is not possible because of it.
