Positive: Superb 1br condo on the West shore, next to Honl's Beach. Ali'i Drive is a bit noisy, but, otherwise, the facility was well appointed, super clean, and in a good, central location in Kailua-Kona.

Negative: Management took good care of us, we had no ongoing concerns.
