This is a private guest suite with vintage/contemporary furnishings, custom-made king-sized bed with Serta Mattress for a deep sleep, blue pine hardwood floors, bathroom/ shower. Amenities include Flat Screen 4K with Roku options, Coffee maker, microwave, and hair dryer provided. Shampoo and soap located in bathroom. Private parking allows guests to walk to coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, parks, hiking, skiing and NAU. We can approve pets but need approval first from the Hosts. There is a $35 one- time fee per pet (max 2 pets) sorry no Cats. Please know that our accommodations are located behind a private security fence far off the main street, safe and secure for our guests.
