The house is 35 feet from the water's edge surrounded by tall pines and tucked away at the end of a private, dirt road. The turnaround in front of the house can accommodate multiple cars around the edge but must be kept fairly clear for emergency vehicles .

This " main level" of the house has a cathedral ceiling with skylights, field stone fireplace, LR/DR and fully equipped kitchen, bath with Jacuzzi, primary bedroom, and twin bedroom with trundle bed.
