Poseidon’s Palace towers 3 stories tall, with breath-taking panoramic ocean views of the sea for miles. Experiencing extravagant aerial views is made effortless with our brand new elevator that begins on the 1st floor garage, opens on 2nd floor, and then goes up to the 3rd floor living area. This makes bringing in luggage, groceries, etc. a breeze! The elevator meets ADA standards and is perfect for wheelchairs or individuals with walkers or trouble with stairs.
Each level of this lavish lookout has been impeccably designed with the immersion of local elements. Hints of the beach are around every corner. There are shells embedded within the walls, and even New Smyrna Beach sand infused in the kitchen bar countertops giving this nautical nuance even more character. Intended to mimic a large yacht, whilst embodying all things under the sea, the interior design of this aquatic palace incorporates accents such as breathtaking blue tile detail and sea turtles, gorgeous resin art and bohemian wood accents that make you feel like you’re in a beautiful balinese cabana.
There are balcony decks on all floors that wrap the oceanfront sides of the house. Each one has furniture including polywood adirondack chairs and a bistro set.
The Top level of Poseidon’s Palace is a modern, open living, dining, multiple bar and deck area that boasts incredible 180 plus-degree panoramic ocean views, a spacious gourmet kitchen with glass tile, cherry-walnut custom cabinets, granite and concrete countertops, a built-in stainless refrigerator, a Thermador Professional gas stove/griddle, and convection or conventional oven.
The kitchen also has a built-in Miele barista which makes delicious espresso, cappuccino, macchiato, and latte, which utilizes both steamed and frothed milk – what a wonderful way to wake up and start your day!!!
A large walk-in pantry with pull out shelves and baskets for dry goods is yet another dream for the avid chef. Because of the Chef in our family, our kitchen is very well-equipped with high-end pots and pans, cutlery, and a ton of dishes and silver. Concealed in the large pantry, you will find that the home is equipped with a blender, air fryer, food processor, panini press, crock pot, and more. In our bar areas, we have dozens of beer, wine, martini, champagne, and rocks glasses. The wet bar also contains two extra refrigerated drawers and a bar sink. The wet bar is located just in front of a slide window for easy access to serving on the 3rd floor balcony deck.
The third floor living area is spacious and has a large sectional couch that will seat 6. The bar areas also seat 10 (5 at the kitchen bar, and 5 at the wet bar). The entertainment system has a 65-inch flat screen HD TV with Cable and Apple TV. The stereo system allows for music throughout the house, including out on the decks and on all 3 floors.
The second floor is where the washer/dryer, 1 full bath with walk-in shower, and all 3 bedrooms are located, including the Primary Suite - boasting a large balcony, ocean views, and private bathroom.
The Primary Suite is directly oceanfront with 5 large windows for an amazing panoramic ocean views even without lifting your head off the pillows! The Primary Suite is equipped with a Tempurpedic king size bed with built-in drawers for storage and stowing luggage. The built-in entertainment system is concealed at the footboard of the bed, where a pop-up TV rises with a click of a remote control. Additionally, the Primary Suite has built-in closets and drawers with pull-out shelves and even a jewelry organizer drawer for the ladies. The Primary Ensuite Bathroom is beautifully decorated with coastal influenced shells and tiles, enhancing the nautical essence of this home as described above, and has a glass shower.
There are two guest bedrooms (both located on the 2nd level as well).
One room has a queen-size bed, and the other bedroom has a twin daybed with a trundle underneath. All 3 beds have top quality/memory foam mattresses.
Both guest bedrooms also have a ceiling fan, flat screen and Apple TVs. Although the house has central heat and air, each guest room is equipped with its own air conditioners and heaters to further customize/BETTER ACCOMMODATE each guest’s chosen comforts. Both guest rooms also have ample closet space, for both hanging and folded clothes. There is a full guest bathroom right outside of the guest bedrooms along with a laundry closet and large washer and dryer units.
The ground floor is an open-air lanai with a patio. Among the included amenities on this level are a picnic table, grill, hammock, kitchen sink, garbage disposal, a ½ bathroom, and a fully private outdoor shower with hot water!
This area has pavers with steps leading to a private beach pathway. 10 steps and you’ll be standing with sand between your toes in your beachfront backyard! Catch some fish on the beach and bring ‘em up to clean and grill while relaxing on the hammock with a chill beverage!
