Newly built 2,200 sq foot home with spacious open family area (kitchen, eating area and great room). Granite kitchen counters, marble in bathrooms, laminate and tile throughout most of home. Extended covered deck behind house with BBQ, great for outdoor meals and relaxing while enjoying the mountain view. A few blocks from the new Presidio fitness centre with amazing gym, exercise room and recreational pool that is heated year round. A few minutes drive to the north and south lakes, tennis/pickle ball courts and main fitness centre with restaurant. Close to many hiking trails in the neighbourhood and near the Estrella Mountain Park. Visitor passes for the community residents facilities (pools and gyms) MUST BE ARRANGED IN ADVANCE. Forms must be filled out with the users names and I have to sign them and send originals into the club prior to your stay. Please let me know if you want passes when you book or at least one month in advance as I do not live in Arizona.
