Summary: When we 1st arrived we were unsure what to think. Once in our condo, that is up on the 4th floor, we were pleasantly surprised at how clean, simply decorated, well stocked the condo was. Everything you need in the kitchen, dishes, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee pot, pots n pans, seasoning, etc. Bathroom had plenty of bath towels, beach towels, hairdryer, soap. On the balcony there were two chairs to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air, a huge Rubbermaid tote with snorkeling gear & sand toys, and two beach chairs. The view from the balcony is of the pool and several types of greenery; bushes, trees, etc. You can't really see the water from the condo but it is literally right behind the condo. We walked over to the beach, Carl Smith State Park, several times. We didn't use the pool at all as it was very dirty. There is no air conditioning in the condo but everyroom had a fan. There are two bedrooms each has a queen bed, nightstands & a dresser. It would have been nice to have a small cooler to use for drinks to take to the beach & maybe a window AC unit to help keep the condo cool. Overall happy with the condo, would recommend to others & would stay here again. Snorkeling right behind the condo was great, we saw TONS of turtles & quite a few fish too.
