Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: East on/off access to the interstate. Clean. New furnishings. Good mattress.

Negative: Uncertainty about price of room when reserved —sometimes cost of room changes as travel date approaces (demand pricing), so I booked early to lock in a price that was not refundable. But room was reserved through Booking.com. I preferred the old days when we would call the hotel directly, rooms had set prices for that season; and reservations could be changed up to 4 pm on check-in day. That was a more civilized time.
