The downstairs area has two patios - one large patio with a built in BBQ and outdoor dining set, and another private courtyard lanai that can be accessed from the kitchen area. Villages 207 faces west for guests to enjoy ocean breezes and nightly sunsets.
In addition to the main living space, there is an en suite bedroom downstairs with a queen-size bed, as well as a half-bath and laundry room. The upstairs features two spacious bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom and television. The master bedroom features a large walk-in closet, bathroom with a bath tub and separate shower, a desk/work space in the bedroom and a spacious covered balcony with partial ocean views. The master bedroom features a grand Tommy Bahama king-size bed and the second bedroom offers two (2) twin beds.
