This privately owned and cared unit is only one of eight in the complex located steps from the beach, two blocks from the Boardwalk and within walking distance of The Seaport, Barefoot on the Beach and many of the area’s other great bars and restaurants. The kitchen features ample cabinet space, pots pans and dishes ,a refrigerator, range with oven, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, microwave and all utensils! The living and dining room areas feature oversized furniture for family time equipped with a queen-size pullout and a large flat screen smart TV above the fully functioning gas fireplace.
Private entrance with a spacious furnished deck complete with ocean views for entertainment and the best fireworks view on the island. The unit provides two off street parking spaces – one in the garage and the other in the driveway.
The master bedroom has one king bed and a private full bath and is quietly situated in the rear of the unit. The second bedroom has two twin beds with a closet, and the third bedroom has a queen with its own closet! All bedrooms have flat screen smart TVs and ceiling fans. In the hallway you will find another full bath as well as the laundry closet with a washer and dryer storage and a another shared closet.
The garage provides additional private storage and includes beach chairs and umbrellas for your use. There is also a fully enclosed outdoor shower (with hot water) to refresh after a great day on the beach!
