The space
The Garden House is located on two shared acres at A River House, just outside the city limits of Grants Pass. It has a private, enclosed patio area and access to the shared lower lawn and Rogue River.
This is a one bedroom unit, featuring a king sized bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the main living area. The bathroom is a two sink vanity with a spacious shower.
On your back patio, you will find a gas BBQ next to the sitting area to enjoy. If you’d like to hang out near the river, take a short path down to the lower lawn where there are river otters, beaver, a bald eagle, ducks and geese. Take your fishing pole or a glass of wine and enjoy your view.

The Garden House shares the property with our own home, as well as three other units. Rent one unit, or all four. We are also a venue. There may be a wedding venue tour during your stay. Please be courteous and respectful to all of our homes and other renters.

This unit is new construction and some landscaping is still in progress. There is river access from this unit, it does not have a direct view of the river.
There are exterior security cameras located throughout the property. The cameras are located outside. There are no cameras inside any buildings. This unit is one of four units that are also a part of a venue. We do not book our vacation rentals during any outside events.
Please be aware, we have a zero tolerance policy for holding large gatherings or parties at the Airbnb. There is one dedicated parking spot and no more than 4 guests are allowed on the property. Only registered guests are permitted inside the unit regardless of the maximum guest count of this unit.
We are a gated property. We provide you with a remote during your stay for easy access.
