Normally resort passes cost $100/adult and $60/child but when staying at this home use for up to 10 people is COMPLIMENTARY with no additional cost each and every day of your stay. This includes use of resort pools, the river pool, waterslides, hot tub, saltwater lagoon for snorkeling, lounge chairs, towels and parking validation for one vehicle.
It also includes a 10% discount on Spa Treatments, 10% discount on Lagoon toys and Cabana rentals.
Guests love this resort pass which gives them the best of both worlds with hotel privileges and a comfortable well equipped vacation home.
Children under 5 do not count towards 10 people.

The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large lanai with outdoor kitchen. The dining room table will comfortably accommodate 8 people plus another 6 at the lanai outdoor table, and there are plenty of dishes for those large gathering meals! The comfortable living room and coffee table is perfect for relaxing, playing games from our extensive collection, listening to music, or watching the large 65' LED TV.
The main floor lanai, equipped with outdoor kitchen, outdoor couch, and dining area is a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day. Each lanai is tastefully furnished for your comfort and enjoyment. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, anniversary, a new job, retirement, or simply celebrating the sunshine, our home is sure to create a great experience.
Sleeping accommodations:
Downstairs Primary suite with King bed and private spa like ensuite and walk out to the lanai.
Upstairs Primary suite also with king bed and private ensuite with walk in shower.
The third bedroom is furnished with two (2) queen beds.
The 4th bedroom with two (2) twin XL mattresses that can be joined to make a king
An additional Rollaway can be brought for an 11th person (best suited for a child)
Parking at Serenity Villa
The home can accommodate up to three vehicles, with one space in the garage and two in the driveway. For ease of parking, we recommend renting vehicles of standard size—such as a car, minivan or midsize SUV—so they fit comfortably within the driveway without extending beyond it.

Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Mauna Lani resort. They are great for going to the Private Beach Club, exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer. Minutes down the street is the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.
