Summary: This cabin was exactly the trip away that we needed, unplugged but with wifi available for emergencies and peace of mind for some accessibility. Caught some fish, kayaked on a quiet lake. If we are looking for somewhere close to home, we will check for the opportunity to come back. There are few notes for those visiting. 1) The road was tight for a 2500 size truck but manageable. 2) Bluegill bluegill bluegill3) There was a resident snake that liked to make its presence known by heading for the water by way of slithering between my husband's legs. 4) If your goal is to clean fish, a folding table would be a useful item to bring with you.
