Unwind on two levels of shaded balconies complete with an electric grill, where canal views create the perfect backdrop for morning coffee or sunset cocktails.
Surrounded by 6 acres of lush tropical landscaping, Coral Lagoon offers a resort-style pool and beautifully maintained grounds, all just minutes from restaurants, shopping, and local attractions in the heart of the Florida Keys.
The Boat House Marina is a full-service marina with amenities available to boaters at an additional cost:
BOAT LAUNCHING + TRAILER STORAGE:
Ramp hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm daily
Trailer storage is available off-site for an additional nightly rate.

When it is time for you to check out, please stop by the Dockmaster’s office at Coral Lagoon (305-481-0653) or call the office to schedule a time to use the ramp. The crew will place your trailer down by the ramp so you can hook up and be ready to load the boat on your trailer. After you are loaded, you can pull forward and use a hose we provide to quickly flush your engines and rinse the brakes and axles.
