Summary: Building was convenient to downtown Kona and the property has shore front access. However, the property is old and maintenance was lacking. The pool area needs some maintenance and was not appealing. Parking was limited and we had to find a spot on the street several blocks away even though each unit is supposed to have a parking spot.The condo was clean and updated.
